Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to clients and myself, please try to notify me 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sometimes things out of our control happen, and you may not have 12 hours to notify. I will be understanding of those situations.

Clients who no show will be charged 100% of their appointment. An invoice will be sent and the client will not be able to return until the invoice is paid in full. If you make an appointment and have shaved or used any other form of hair removal in the last three weeks, your hair will not be long enough to wax and you will be charged 100% of the visit. You will need to reschedule to come back in three weeks.
